Demo Day Starts This Weekend
The modulars we received are excellent structurally but need an overhaul inside and out. This weekend begins the process of gutting and retrofitting the inside of each unit. Want to help?
Though we will end up with four buildings, the modularity of the units mean that we presently have nine 12' by 40' modules to work through and demolish the insides of. If you're better at tearing down than building up, this is the time that knack will pay off!
As seen here, there is a lot of work to be done. Our ambition is to take everything down to the floorboards, studs & insulation. Once that's done, we'll go back through and add good electrical, new drywall, etc.
