A Short Recap of Spring 2024
So much work has happened over the last months, we wanted to provide a visual summary of the transformation our campus has undergone.
Over the spring, so much progress was made at the property. We are finally weeks away from being able to move in. Read below for a recap of what's happened in the winter-spring. And then look for a post coming soon with pics of our present state!
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER
In the inside of the tent, we have seen the inside take shape. Steel frames built; shear walls installed, insulation placed, and drywall hung. The doors and windows were installed. The modulars began to take shape, being refinished on the outside first. The parking lot was paved and pavers installed.
JANUARY/ FEBRUARY
Our future chairs arrived! And they are COMFORTABLE - especially so when you compare it to the outdoor benches we've been on the last couple months. Modulars were stucco'ed and a bunch of concrete was poured around the tent and modulars.
MARCH/APRIL
Due to rains, we made slower progress, but eventually the walkways, stairs, and ramps were poured, providing a real shape to the campus.
MAY-JUNE
During these months, there was a ton of progress on the interiors of both modulars and tent, and the modulars took on a new look. They look so sharp - even better in person. So thankful for the architect's designs in how they were transformed!
Additionally, more concrete work happened with upper quad poured, landscaping was finished and the two HVAC units for the tent were installed with ducting set in place inside.
